Does NOVE POS work offline?
Yes — NOVE POS is designed to be fully functional without any internet connection. All your sales, inventory updates, and customer data are saved locally in real-time. Once your connection is restored, everything syncs automatically to the cloud.
What operating systems does NOVE POS support?
NOVE POS is a native Windows application, fully optimized for Windows 10 and Windows 11. Android and iOS versions are planned for a future release. The web management dashboard is accessible from any modern browser.
What are the minimum hardware requirements?
NOVE POS runs comfortably on most modern PCs. Minimum requirements: Windows 10 (64-bit), 4GB RAM, 2GB free disk space, and a 1GHz processor. For best performance, we recommend 8GB RAM. It also works great on touch-screen POS terminals.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial of the Premium plan with all features fully enabled — no credit card required. Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form and we'll set you up within the hour.

Is my business data secure?
Absolutely. NOVE POS uses AES-256 encryption for all local data storage and HTTPS encryption for all cloud communications. The software also features hardware-locked licensing, meaning your license is tied to your specific machine to prevent unauthorized use.
How does the backup system work?
NOVE POS automatically backs up your complete business data to your personal Google Drive every hour. This is fully automated — no manual action required. You can also trigger a manual backup at any time from the Settings panel.
What happens to my data if I stop using NOVE POS?
Your data always belongs to you. Before or after cancellation, you can export your complete business data — all sales history, inventory, customer records — in CSV and PDF formats. We never lock, delete, or hold your data hostage.

Is NOVE POS a subscription or a one-time purchase?
We offer both options. A monthly subscription gives you continuous updates and support. A lifetime license option is available for businesses that prefer a one-time payment. Contact our sales team to discuss the best option for your needs.
Can I use one license on multiple computers?
Basic and Premium plans are licensed per terminal (per Windows PC). If you need to run NOVE on multiple PCs at the same location, each terminal requires its own license. The Enterprise plan includes unlimited terminal activations across all your locations.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, plan upgrades are instant and seamless. You won't lose any data or experience any downtime when upgrading from Basic to Premium or Enterprise. Simply contact our team and the upgrade is applied within minutes.
Do you offer discounts for multiple terminals or annual billing?

Basic plan includes email support with 48-hour response time. Premium and Enterprise plans include 24/7 priority support via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Enterprise clients receive a dedicated account manager for immediate escalation.
Can I use NOVE POS on a tablet?
Yes! NOVE POS works excellently on Windows touch-screen tablets and Surface-style devices. The UI is touch-optimized with larger tap targets and gesture support. Android and iOS native apps are planned for a future release.
